Our Flagship product, the Patella Strap uses no foreign objects such as plastics, silicon inserts, or rubber bands like every other strap out there. It was created specifically because those added things can cause more damage to the tendons if you fall or get hit with them on. Also, the only way to get more pressure on those other designs is to increase the tightness and cut off circulation. The Crosstrap does not cut off circulation.

This Velcro strap is fully adjustable and can accommodate a small or large body. The dual strap fits knees up to 19” around on either the right or left knee.
